From sign-up to withdrawal, in six steps.

Every step is designed to be clear about what happens next — including when an account is still being reviewed.

  1. STEP 01

    Create your profile

    Register with your email and Philippine mobile number, verify your number, and complete a short profile. New accounts are reviewed before activation.

  2. STEP 02

    Receive questions relevant to you

    Questions are shaped by broad, non-sensitive details such as your industry, skills and interests — never by your name or contact details.

  3. STEP 03

    Write an original response

    Answer in your own words. Draw on what you have actually experienced, tried, noticed or decided.

  4. STEP 04

    Get evaluated for quality

    Each response is assessed for relevance, depth, specificity, clarity and originality. If you believe an evaluation is wrong, you can request a review.

  5. STEP 05

    Earn eligible rewards

    Qualifying responses earn up to ₱20.00 each, within a monthly limit of ₱200.00.

  6. STEP 06

    Withdraw your available earnings

    When your available balance reaches ₱150.00, request a transfer to a supported bank or e-wallet.

03  Quality over quantity

Length is not the measure.

Responses are evaluated on relevance, effort, clarity, specificity, originality and depth. A long answer that repeats itself will not automatically earn more. A concise answer with a clear, specific insight can score well.

04  Security & privacy

Careful with information that matters.

SINAVEX Earn handles personal details and money, so these practices are built into how the platform works. No system can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to — this is what we do.

Passwords are never stored readably

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Nobody at SINAVEX can see your password.

Payout details are encrypted

Bank and e-wallet account details are encrypted at the application level and shown masked.

Minimal data for AI processing

Questions and evaluations are processed on our servers. AI services receive broad context such as an age range or province — never your name, email, mobile number, address or bank details.

Consent you can review

Your consent choices are recorded with the document versions you accepted, visible in your Privacy Center.

Protective withdrawal holds

After a password, email, mobile or payout-account change, withdrawals pause for 24 hours.

No advertising trackers

We use only the cookies needed for signing in and keeping your account secure.

Rewards are calculated by our servers from the quality evaluation, then checked against your monthly limit. Completely irrelevant or spam responses receive ₱0.00 — there are no consolation credits.

All amounts are in Philippine pesos. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on question availability, eligibility and response quality. Limits may change going forward; rewards you have already legitimately earned are not affected by future changes.

Questions, answered.

Who can join?

SINAVEX Earn is open to individuals aged 18 or older who can legally enter into an agreement and have a Philippine mobile number. Only one account is allowed per person, and each account is reviewed before it is activated.

How are answers evaluated?

Responses are analysed by automated systems, including artificial-intelligence tools, using a structured rubric: relevance (40%), depth (25%), specificity (15%), clarity (10%) and originality (10%). Our servers — not the AI — calculate any reward.

Automated systems can make mistakes. If you disagree with an evaluation, you can request a review within 7 days from your answer history.

How much can I earn?

Each qualifying response can earn up to ₱20.00, and total rewards are limited to ₱200.00 per calendar month. The maximum is reserved for exceptional responses; most answers earn less. Once you reach the monthly limit, new reward-bearing questions become available again the following month.

Why is my account pending?

New accounts stay pending until the profile is complete and the account has been reviewed for eligibility. While pending, you can complete your profile, view your status and manage your account security, but you cannot answer reward-bearing questions or request withdrawals.

When can I withdraw?

You can request a withdrawal when your account is active, your available balance is at least ₱150.00, and no security hold applies. The requested amount is reserved immediately, then transferred through a payment provider to your selected bank or e-wallet. Timing depends on review and on the provider; you will be notified when the transfer is completed.

How is my information used?

We use your information to run your account, check eligibility, personalise questions, evaluate responses, calculate and pay rewards, prevent fraud and keep the platform secure. With your documented consent and where permitted by law, submitted responses may also be used for research, analytics, service improvement and the development and evaluation of machine-learning and AI systems. The Privacy Notice explains this in full.

Can I use AI to answer?

No. AI-generated, automated, copied or substantially fabricated responses are prohibited. They may result in loss of rewards, reversal of rewards or account suspension. Submissions that look suspicious are held for review, and serious action is based on the available evidence rather than a single automated score.

What happens if my answer is irrelevant?

A response that does not relate to the question receives ₱0.00 — there is no partial credit for irrelevant answers. If a question does not suit you, you can skip it instead. Skipping earns nothing and does not count against your account, within a daily limit of 5 skips.

What is the SINAVEX Earn Wallet?

The wallet is an internal record of the rewards you have earned, reserved for withdrawal, and paid out. It is not a bank account, deposit account, e-money account or investment, and it does not earn interest. You cannot deposit money into it or transfer balances to other users — you can only earn qualifying rewards and withdraw your available earnings.

Are earnings guaranteed?

No. Earning opportunities depend on question availability, your eligibility and the quality of each response. SINAVEX Earn is a way to be rewarded for thoughtful contributions, not a source of guaranteed income.
