Account and eligibility

Who can join SINAVEX Earn?

SINAVEX Earn is open to individuals in the Philippines who are at least 18 years old, can enter into a binding agreement, and have a Philippine mobile number for verification. Each person may have only one account.

How do I create an account?

Select Create an account, enter your name, email address, mobile number and a password, and agree to the Terms and the separate data consent. We then send a one-time code to verify your mobile number. After verification, you will be asked to complete your profile.

Why is my account pending?

New accounts stay Pending until the profile is complete and the account has been reviewed. If you have not yet completed your profile, sign in and finish the profile form. Once it is complete, your account is reviewed before activation.

While your account is pending, you cannot answer reward-bearing questions or withdraw, but you can update your profile, check your status, review the Terms and Privacy Notice, and manage your account security. You will receive a notification in your account when your status changes.

Why does SINAVEX Earn ask for profile information?

Your profile helps us confirm eligibility and generate questions that are relevant to you. When questions are generated, only broad, non-identifying details are used, such as an age range instead of your birth date and your province instead of your address. Some fields, like gender, household size and household income range, are optional and include a “Prefer not to say” choice.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Each individual may hold only one account, and accounts may not be shared or operated on behalf of someone else. Duplicate or shared accounts may be restricted or suspended.

Questions and answers

How do questions work?

When your account is active, open Earn and request a question. You receive one open-ended question at a time, and it invites you to share your own experience, reasoning or opinion. Answer it in your own words, then submit.

The number of available questions is not guaranteed and depends on eligibility, monthly limits and service availability.

Can I skip a question?

Yes. Skipping a question never counts against your account, but it does not earn a reward. You can skip up to 5 questions per day (Philippine time).

How long should my answer be?

Write as much as you need to answer well, and no more. Length alone does not increase a reward, and padded or repetitive text can lower your evaluation. A focused answer with concrete examples and clear reasoning usually does better than a long, general one. Answers can be up to 5,000 characters.

Can I use AI tools to write my answers?

No. Responses must be written by you. Submitting AI-generated, automated, copied or substantially fabricated responses is prohibited and may result in a zero reward, reversal of rewards, or account suspension.

Suspicious submissions may be held for review. A single automated signal is not treated as proof on its own; decisions with significant consequences are based on the available evidence.

Should I include personal details in my answers?

Please don’t. Share experiences and opinions without including full names, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers or other identifying details about yourself or others.

Evaluation and rewards

How are answers evaluated?

Each response is assessed by an automated evaluation system against a quality rubric. For relevant, valid answers, the components are weighted as follows:

  • Relevance — 40%: how directly the answer addresses the question;
  • Depth — 25%: the substance of your reasoning and insight;
  • Specificity — 15%: concrete examples, details and context;
  • Clarity — 10%: how clearly the answer is expressed; and
  • Originality — 10%: whether it reflects your own perspective.

Your reward is calculated by SINAVEX from the evaluation, within the per-answer and monthly limits.

How much can I earn?

Rewards depend on the quality of each response. An answer can earn up to ₱20.00, and that maximum is generally reserved for exceptional, thorough, high-effort responses. Total rewards are limited to ₱200.00 per calendar month (Philippine time). Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on question availability, eligibility and response quality.

What happens if my answer is irrelevant?

An answer that does not address the question receives no reward (₱0.00). Spam, nonsense, copied and duplicate answers are also not rewarded. The evaluation is still recorded, and you can try the next question.

What does “under review” mean?

Some responses are held for an additional review, for example when an evaluation needs a second look or quality signals need checking. Any eligible reward is issued once the review is complete.

If an evaluation service is temporarily unavailable, your submitted answer is saved and evaluated later. It will not be lost.

What happens when I reach the monthly limit?

Once you reach the monthly earning limit, reward-bearing questions pause until the next calendar month (Philippine time). If an answer would exceed the limit, its reward is adjusted to the amount remaining for the month.

Can I ask for an evaluation to be reviewed?

Yes. Open the answer in your answer history and choose Request Review within 7 days after the evaluation. Explain briefly why you believe the evaluation should be reconsidered. A reviewer may uphold the evaluation or adjust it; any additional reward is recorded in your wallet history.

Wallet and withdrawals

What is the SINAVEX Earn Wallet?

The SINAVEX Earn Wallet is an internal record of the rewards you have earned. It shows your available earnings, amounts reserved for withdrawals, and amounts already paid out.

It is not a bank account, deposit account, e-money account or investment, and it does not earn interest. You cannot deposit money into it, send balances to other users, or use it to buy anything. You can only earn qualifying rewards and withdraw eligible available earnings.

When can I withdraw?

You can request a withdrawal when your account is active and your available earnings reach the minimum of ₱200.00. Withdrawals are sent to a supported bank or e-wallet account in your name.

Requests may be reviewed before processing, and transfer times depend on the payment provider and receiving institution. A withdrawal is shown as completed only after the provider confirms it.

What happens to my money after I request a withdrawal?

The requested amount is reserved immediately, so it cannot be withdrawn twice. If a transfer definitively fails, the reserved amount is returned to your available earnings and you are notified. If a transfer’s status is uncertain, the amount stays reserved while we confirm the result with the payment provider, so no duplicate transfer is sent.

Why are my withdrawals temporarily on hold?

For your protection, withdrawals pause for a period after sensitive account changes, such as a password reset or change, a new email address or mobile number, or a change to your payout account. This hold currently lasts 24 hours. The end of the hold is shown on your wallet page.

Are there fees?

If a fee ever applies to a withdrawal, it will be shown together with the net amount on the review screen before you confirm.

Can I redeem gift cards?

Gift cards are coming soon. For now, withdrawals are available by e-wallet or bank transfer.

Security and privacy

How can I keep my account secure?
  • Use a long, unique password or passphrase. A password manager can help.
  • Never share your password or one-time codes. SINAVEX will never ask for them.
  • Review active sessions on the Security page and sign out devices you don’t recognise.
  • Double-check your payout account name and number before confirming a withdrawal.
How is my information used?

We use your information to operate your account, generate relevant questions, evaluate responses, process withdrawals, prevent fraud and improve the platform, as described in the Privacy Notice. With your consent, submitted information and responses may also be used for research and machine-learning purposes where permitted by law. Details such as your name, contact information, address and payout account are not sent to AI services.

How do I request access, correction or account closure?

Sign in and open the Privacy Center in your Profile. From there you can view the versions of the Terms and Privacy Notice you accepted, and submit requests to access or correct your information, close your account, withdraw consent, or ask a privacy question. Some financial and security records must be retained even after closure, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

I think someone accessed my account. What should I do?

Change your password from the Security page and sign out of all other sessions. Withdrawals will be paused temporarily as a precaution. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password.
